This conference is organized regularly in our different target areas for the Revival of pastors and lay leaders. The conference focus on the significance and the results of the spirit fired prayer. To gain a soul winning quality in each of our lives, we need to pray fervently without ceasing and pausing and God will surely empower us to produce excellence and to bring many more unto His mission. This conference is all about the management of the church and the teaching on different methodology to reach people. The conference held recently in the Vizianagram District of Andhra Pradesh that witnessed a glorious presence of the Holy Spirit. The participants felt the need of a spirit filled life and a spirit fired prayers that certainly change the shoddier.

We can say that if the church would just meet the basic conditions for Revival - deep repentance and heartfelt, 'spirit - fired' prayer for the outpouring of God's Spirit, then Revival would ALWAYS result.
WOMEN'S CONFERENCE
Theme : ARISE WOMEN
This programme started with women from different groups and unorganized women leading family without Christ. It has covered a number of women groups under different districts of Orissa. It has directly started reviving and also enabling women of Orissa through its trainings, meetings and organizing workshops and seminars on "Arise Women". The next Women conference is proposed to be held at Jeypore, Orissa on 26th September targeting 200 women from this area. Women from different Churches are invited to attend and be a healer of family and ultimately the society. Women being the curator of the family holds responsible both for Children and her husband as well. This is our conviction that each woman be filled with the Christ Centered life and led her family towards His Kingdom.
